Crazy Stupid Work

Whoever said moving out would be easy lied, A big one at that. As much as I love not being at home,  I miss my mother and father. Regardless, I am having a blast! These last few weeks have been stressful, entertaining, energetic and lively. Working three jobs, yes three!! Is difficult, but I love it! I love meeting new people everyday, I love experiencing new things. Talking to people who share a common interest is the highlight of waking up! The best thing about my work is it never usually starts before 3pm so I sleep in most of the time and stay up late. I have incredible staff, working with so many different people with so many different ideas of fashion is a challenge but it's a learning process, everyday I grow everyday my knowledge for fabrics, colours, design, styling and creativities further. Everyday I meet people who are somehow related to the industry and although Toronto is very cut throat, there are some people here who are willing to coach you to succeed.

I got a job as a stylist at Club Monaco, with Christmas around the corner shifts will go by fast and I will learn a lot from being surrounded in luxurious colours and strong textures. I love that my boss is fun, she works hard and shows us all that will hard work comes success, not that I don't work hard, I just enjoy watching others working just as hard if not harder.

Working at Parade has been enlightening and already my boss wants my in New York helping her choose jewellery for the store! Growing a social media platform for a tiny boutique is hard, when no one, except regulars, knows who you are things are difficult. So far we have a few followers on Twitter and for only being up for 5days, I think we're on a role.

Bunny ears and round sunnies !
The magazine is hard, starting something from scratch and getting people excited is hard work. I am still happy that I landed the job and am thankful for every opportunity! I went to a beer tasting event the other night at Wvrst, I had beers I couldn't even pronounce. Met a old journalist, who coached me on how to give proper exciting interviews! Had a sausage bigger than my wrist and mingled with amazing people!
I tried the:
Audrey Hopburn Belgian IPA --GOOD!
Karma Citra American Ale --- EXCELLENT
Vanilla Bean Imperial Espresso Stout ---BITTER AND AWFUL!
Maverick and Goose Traditional Ale --- HOPPY and DELICIOUS!
**I choose the beers for their tittle*

That may seem like a lot of beer but they were tasters! I wasn't even tipsy!

All in all, everything is going well, keep praying and asking God to be a hero! Life can't be great forever! Love you all and miss you!
